Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the production and sale of fertilizers, chemical raw materials and products. The Company is also involved in construction materials and trade industries. The Company’s main products include synthetic ammonia, carbamide, ammonium nitrate，composite fertilizers, pentaerythritol, polyformaldehyde and sodium formate. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company produced 467,243 metric tons of synthetic ammonia and 726,226 metric tons of carbamide.
