A US$5 million grant from the World Bank's Intl Development Assn is for Strengthening the Management of Agriculture. The objective is to strengthen the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development management capacity to provide core agriculture public services, in particular to small vulnerable farmers and in time of crisis.
